Investigational SYNC-T® Therapy SV-102: A Combination Drug/Device Immunotherapy Approach for Metastatic Prostate Cancer: Updated Long-Term Overall Survival
Join us to learn more about the novel drug/device combination immunotherapy SYNC-T Therapy SV-102, featuring new long-term overall survival data from a Phase 1 metastatic prostate cancer trial recently presented at ESMO 2026!
North Building - 200 Level - Room 224B
Lunch included, seating is limited
These preliminary results from a small, uncontrolled study with two distinct disease populations do not establish a survival benefit attributable to SYNC-T Therapy SV-102. The therapy is investigational, is not approved by any regulatory authority, and its safety and efficacy have not been established.
Symposium Overview
Description of program and speakers
Title: Investigational SYNC-T® Therapy SV-102: A Combination Drug/Device Immunotherapy Approach for Metastatic Prostate Cancer: Updated Long-Term Overall Survival
Speakers: Gerald Andriole, M.D. (Chief Medical Officer, Urology, Syncromune), Yousef Zakharia, M.D. (Professor of Medicine, Chair, Genitourinary Malignancy Disease Group, Mayo Clinic Enterprise; Section Lead, Experimental Therapeutics and Phase I Clinics, Mayo Clinic Arizona), and Akash Patnaik, M.D., Ph.D., MMSc (Associate Professor of Medicine; Deputy Section Chief for Translational Research; Section of Hematology/Oncology, University of Chicago; Program Leader, Clinical & Experimental Therapeutics Program, University of Chicago Comprehensive Cancer Center)
Description:Â Leading investigators and clinical innovators will provide in-depth insights into SYNC-T SV-102, a novel combination intratumoral/locoregional immunotherapy designed to elicit a systemic antitumor response in patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC).
This session will showcase Phase 1 clinical results demonstrating safety and response data. The presentation will also highlight new long-term overall survival data recently presented at ESMO 2026.
Additionally, the symposium will spotlight the LEGION-100 Phase 2a clinical trial, now actively enrolling patients and recruiting clinical trial sites across the U.S. The speakers will share insights into the trial’s design, scientific rationale, and the opportunity for institutions to partner in evaluating this cutting-edge immunotherapy.

About Syncromune
Pioneers in Combination Multi-Target Intratumoral Immunotherapy
- Developing SYNC-T, a potentially first-in-class platform combination immunotherapy designed to address major unmet needs and treatment challenges of incurable metastatic solid tumors
- SYNC-T is an investigational in situ personalized cancer therapy engineered to synchronize the location of patient-specific tumor antigens, our multi-target immunomodulatory biologic, and immune cells in the tumor-draining lymph nodes to potentially create conditions for T cell activation to elicit a systemic anti-tumor response
- Our lead candidate, SYNC-T Therapy SV-102 for metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC), is being evaluated in the LEGION-100 U.S., multicenter, Phase 2a trial. For more information, please visit www.legion100trial.com
